Q. Why do I need a service contract  

A. Well there are many reasons, first of all your DVR's and NVR`s hard drives are constantly receiving and storing large amounts of data 24/7, these should be checked and diagnosed every 6 months at best, this will ensure there are no errors and are recording ok. 
External cameras are taking on different weather conditions, from rain and snow to hot direct sunlight, they get very dirty and grimy, you wouldn`t notice this on a daily basis because of the gradual deteriation.  
There are lots of things that could go wrong without you knowing, thats why the system should be professionally checked to ensure everything is in working order.

With our service contracts, callout and data retrieval telephone assistance are included at no extra cost, so no call out fee

We will fault find any problems on your existing equipment for free.

We come with our own van mounted cherry picker (no hidden costs) and qualified engineer.


1x or 2x service visits per year, according to your budget

Data reteival telephone support for when your not sure how to use the system

Upgrade your DVR at cost price, labour free of charge

Diagnose any existing fault free of charge (Labour only)  

Flood light maintenance, (reachable with our cherry picker only, client provides bulbs) £100.00+VAT per year if you have our CCTV maintenance contract)
